Business descriptions and service information become public only after approval. Your contact name, email, consent evidence, requested changes and editorial notes remain private.
We record the affirmative newsletter consent wording, version, timestamp and directory source alongside your application. Newsletter withdrawal is separate from listing status: unsubscribing does not automatically remove a listing.
Applications and error reports are stored privately in Supabase. Cloudflare serves this website. Resend processes submission emails, sign-in links and newsletters. The newsletter provider manages delivery and unsubscribe preferences.
